Clever. Are your kids helping you with this alphabet photo challenge? My 11- and 10-year-olds have really gotten into it, so it's becoming a fun family activity.
They've sort of been helping. The little one grabbed her camera to take pictures of the letters I was photographing. The older one more recently got involved. They wanted to be the letters à la old school Sesame Street. I had to shape them, though, because the only letter they seem to be able to make on their own is little L.
Little C and Big C are soooooo sweet! My kids have volunteered to be letters for me. I will definitely be taking them up on it.
Around here, it became trendy for a time to have framed "art" spelling out words (like "peace" or "home") with each letter a separate photograph of found items in the way that you, Mat. Anna and I seem to be approaching this.
With that in mind, wouldn't it be neat to have a framed picture spelling out our kids' names, with each child forming every letter in her name?! That might be a neat Grandma-gift project, either for her birthday or for Mother's Day. Hmmmm....

ReplyDeleteI was going to say how much I liked both "C"s but reading the comments, that's a great idea!
