Indeed He is Risen!I listed to an AFR interview with Bishop MATTHIAS, who I had the pleasure of briefly meeting at the AAC, and he is so softspoken, there were places it was difficult to hear (admittedly, I was on the treadmill, which is not quiet)
He is soft spoken. It was even hard to hear him shout "Christ is Risen" in various languages and to know how to respond...
